Chicago native Bruce Sherman is chef/partner of Chicago’s North Pond restaurant, utilizing influences from cooking in Paris, Southeast Asia and London to produce contemporary French-American cuisine. After majoring in Economics at Penn and the London School of Economics, Sherman ran a successful catering company in Washington, D.C. before moving to India with his wife in 1993.
